The 40 Best Celebrity Boho Looks of All Time

Bohemian, or ‘Boho,’ style is more than just a fashion trend – it’s an ideology and a culture in its own right, one that has a long, complex history that began in the 18th century. Initially, it was a style reserved only for those at the lowest end of the social scale, who were usually living in poverty, then it was adopted by creatives of all kinds as a way of distancing themselves from the constraints of materialism and social norms, and aligning themselves with ideals such as liberation and environmentalism.

It was reinvented in the 1960s and 1970s during the hippie movement, but it’s come a long way since then. Currently, boho fashion is part of mainstream culture, defined by its effortlessly relaxed, artistic, and creative attire, consisting mainly of loose-fitting clothes in a combination of different textures, patterns, and materials, and bold accessories. As a result, uncountable celebrities’ styles can be described as distinctly bohemian in nature, and we’ve scoured the internet for the 40 best celebrity boho looks of all time. In no particular order, here they are.

Janis Joplin: An Original Boho Trendsetter

Janis Joplin was an American singer-songwriter that exploded onto the rock scene in the 1960s when the hippie movement was in full swing. She embraced this to the maximum and soon became renowned not just for her strong stage presence but also for her eclectic, daring, and eccentric outfits. They often featured psychedelic patterns and prints, fur, and oversized or layered jewelry, such as the ensemble in this picture.

Tragically, in 1970, Janis died at an extremely young age due to a heroin overdose – she was just 27 years old. However, her legacy lives on even 50 years later, and she is considered by most as being one of the original trendsetters of bohemian fashion, with many trying to emulate her distinctive, gutsy, ground-breaking style over the years, including the distinctive messy hair and oversized sunglasses.

Sienna Miller: Reviving the Trend

Many people hail British-American actress Sienna Miller as being responsible for the ‘revival’ of the boho trend in the summer of 2005 when she burst onto the fashion scene sporting her signature leather boots, oversized jackets, loose-fitting, flowy clothing, and accessories galore. Embroidery, fringing, and embellishments were also common features of her outfits – and the fashion magazines couldn’t get enough.

Sienna had been in the public eye for a while already but wasn’t revered as a style icon until she adopted the boho look that we still know and love today. In this picture, she’s wearing a typically bohemian flowy maxi dress with patterns and embellishments, and, sticking firmly to the trend, her hair and makeup are perfectly bohemian, with Heidi-style braids and subtle makeup to highlight her natural beauty.

June Ambrose: Showing Up and Showing Off

Fashion designer and celebrity stylist June Ambrose has been working in the industry for more than two decades now, and she’s clearly learned everything there is to know about pulling off true bohemian style. If there’s anyone who can show up and show off in the ultimate boho dress, it’s Ambrose – and we can’t get enough of her look.

She’s also the queen of matching cute, embroidered blouses with edgy, printed skirts, and her trendsetting styles have been seen on the likes of Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, and Missy Elliot – among many others. There’s something about this woman’s ability to channel her inner bohemian that appeals to the masses. Here, she’s sporting a beautifully loose, multi-layered maxi dress featuring bold colors and prints, teamed with a white bag, sandals, and a large hat with flowers.

Zoe Kravitz: Boho in the Blood

No list of celebrities pulling off the best bohemian looks would be complete without Zoe Kravitz. As the daughter of American singer-songwriter Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet, two of the most notoriously bohemian celebrities in the public eye, it’s hardly surprising that she’s ended up being a Boho queen in many people’s eyes.

Pictured here in faded jeans, an ethnic print top, a leather belt, and a large straw hat, Zoe is the epitome of bohemian – and the long double braids add to the overall aesthetic. However, she doesn’t stick to just one type of bohemian style. Zoe can be seen sporting edgy boho looks featuring leather, fishnet tights, and dark glasses. She is rocking a boho chic with fit-and-flare trousers and an off-the-shoulder top. Kravitz embraced romantic bohemian, with long, flowing dresses and oversized jewelry.

Ciara: From Tomboy to Chic

It’s almost impossible for American singer Ciara to do any wrong regarding the outfits she wears now. Although when she first came onto the music seen in the early 2000s, she had slightly more of a tomboy, street style, she seems to have got the bohemian look down in recent years, focusing mainly on boho-chic these days.

She’s been pictured for many awards shows wearing stunning boho maxi dresses featuring elaborate sleeves and a mix of color, such as the one in this picture. It’s not unusual to see her with braids, either – one of the ultimate boho hairstyles around. Ciara also went all-out boho for her recent baby shower, for which she wore a beautiful embroidered bohemian kaftan.

Chanel Iman: Bohemian Beach-Ready

A top model and Victoria’s Secret Angel, Chanel Iman, definitely knows how to pull off the bohemian style, with her outfits generally consisting of distressed denim jeans or shorts, boots, and a loose-fitting top that’s often embroidered or off-the-shoulder in true country boho fashion. She’s no stranger to prints, either, and can often be seen sporting a vintage t-shirt.

In this picture, however, she’s bohemian beach-ready in a white embroidered tunic, and distressed denim shorts teamed with large sunglasses and elaborate earrings – the perfect outfit for summer. The fact that she’s barefoot adds to the carefree, relaxed vibe that encapsulates the bohemian ideology – although we’d bet that she’s got some leather sandals somewhere, to put on later in the day.

Jhené Aiko: R&B-Style Boho Style

R&B beauty Jhené Aiko had been on the periphery of the music industry for more than a decade before she came into the limelight in 2011. Her music career took off after the release of her first mixtape, ‘Sailing Souls,’ and her name became well-known in the R&B scene. However, there was another thing that she started to be recognized for – her fashion sense, which doesn’t fit into the typical ‘trendy celebrity’ mold.

Instead, she clearly takes inspiration from the 1970s bohemian style, with funky prints, tie-dye, flares, and trumpet sleeves often featuring in her outfits. She’s not afraid of mixing prints, either – a sign of a true bohemian at heart. Here, she’s wearing a loose-fitting, typically bohemian patterned onesie with a no-sleeve button-down shirt and multiple necklaces. Staying true to the trend, her hair is curly and short.

Talitha Pol: Inspired By Morocco

Arguably, actress and model Talitha Pol was a cultural and style icon of the 1960s. Tragically, her life was incredibly short, as a heroin overdose killed her when she was just 30 years old. Although she spent the majority of her adult life in the UK, she was closely associated with Morocco in her final years, which arguably influenced the bohemian style that she was so well-known for.

In addition to clothing featuring typically 1960s and 1970s funky prints and patterns, Pol was often photographed in ethnic prints, long, loose-fitting, flowy dresses, and oversized hats. In what is suggested to be her most famous photograph, pictured here, she poses on a chair in the ‘60s, in a typically bohemian outfit featuring ethnic-style prints.

Vanessa Hudgens: The Embodiment of Boho

American actress Vanessa Hudgens is, in many people’s opinions, the perfect embodiment of bohemian style and fashion. It seems as though every single time she has a photograph taken, she’s looking flawlessly boho in whatever outfit she’s chosen for that day. As a result, many regard her as a style icon, and she’s a firm feature on this list.

This is one of Vanessa’s typical boho looks, featuring a lot of hair jewelry and a large boho style shirt that is flowing in the wind. Oh, and we can’t forget all the layered jewelry! However, she’s also known for incorporating an edgy – and even grunge-like – feel into her boho-inspired looks, as well as what she describes as a ‘hippie-dippie’ look.

Donna Summer: The Boho Disco Queen

Donna Summer was regarded as the disco queen of the 1970s, not a bohemian style icon per se. Her fearless outfits, however, captivated fashion enthusiasts around the world, and she was the epitome of 1970s disco glamor – an image that she maintained throughout her entire music career. It’s undeniable that her style had bohemian influences, too, earning her a place in this list.

Donna had a knack for styling extravagant furs with sequin dresses while sporting a huge pair of oversized sunglasses. Winged sleeves were one of her firm favorites, too. She also had a passion for accessories, which nearly always featured lavish embellishments such as sequins, gems, and studs. Here, she’s pictured wearing an elaborate sequined cape over a shiny dress, accentuated by a gorgeous pair of heels.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen: The Signature Boho Twins

The Olsen twins have been on our screens since they were young children, and their style has seen many changes over the years. However, nothing defines the adult style of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen like ‘bohemian’ – it has become their signature look, and they consistently daze and delight the fashion world with their eccentric ensembles that disrupt social conventions.

Arguably, there are a few base guidelines to follow when trying to emulate the Olsen twins’ bohemian style. First is ‘oversized everything’ whether that’s sunglasses and jewelry, floor-length hems, or large lapels. Second, ‘more is more’; that is to say, mix and match prints, silhouettes, and tone, and adorn your outfit with embellishments. Last is ‘all the trimmings’ which basically means accessorize to the maximum! As you can see, all three rules were followed when they picked the outfits pictured here.

Florence Welch: A Boho Machine

Florence Welch, the lead singer of band Florence and the Machine, is well-known throughout the fashion world for her bohemian sense of style – it’s not unusual to see her wearing a fabulously eccentric outfit either on stage, at events, or in everyday life. Her look leans toward folk and country boho style, often paying homage to style icons of the swinging ‘70s.

Breezy, flowing, vintage-inspired dresses such as the one pictured here are a wardrobe staple for Florence, reflecting her free-spirited nature. Besides, she’s an expert at mixing and matching clashing prints and patterns. To add to her overall bohemian aesthetic, she has even been known to perform barefoot. After all, shoes would only get in the way of her iconic twirling and dancing. Her style is undeniably unique and well-deserving of a place in this list.

Chaka Khan: Boho Queen of Funk

Dubbed the Queen of Funk in the 1970s while she dominated the airwaves on both sides of the Atlantic, American singer Chaka Khan was one of the early trendsetters of the extravagant and eccentric bohemian style. Her signature pieces included a lot of fringe, lavish furs and feathers, leather, tribal prints, statement tube tops, sequins, and gems, a true eclectic bohemian’s dream.

The picture here is a perfect example of bohemian Chaka, as she embraces the tribal prints and styles with a crocheted shirt and leather jacket with tassels. Aside from her clothing, Chaka Khan’s hair oozed bohemian vibes. A fringe and an afro was her go-to style, but it wasn’t unusual to see her with long, flowing, captivating curls. Her fearlessness in expression through clothing was inspiring, and as a result, she’s widely regarded as one of the bohemian trendsetters of the 1970s.

Chrisette Michele: Independently Bohemian

This American R&B singer-songwriter has had a fairly turbulent career. She was dropped by her record label in 2017, then announced plans to release new music independently by setting up her own label in the same year. However, whatever you think of her musically, there’s no denying that she really knows how to rock a bohemian maxi dress, as pictured here.

Chrisette is clearly not shying away from the trend of mixing and matching clashing patterns, with the one garment containing a mixture of tie-dye and leopard print. She’s also often seen embracing the tribal prints and trends of her African ancestors, frequently sporting long, colorful, printed dresses with her hair in braids, as well as funky jackets reminiscent of the 1970s.

Nicole Richie: Dressing for Herself

Nicole Richie is another proud icon of bohemian fashion, frequently flaunting boho-style tops, shoes, dresses, and accessories. Leaning more toward boho chic, Nicole tends to stick to simple silhouettes for trousers, skirts, and jackets matched with flowy tops. However, she’s not afraid to embrace her edgy side and often rocks the urban look by wearing knee-high leather boots and an oversized blazer, and using a darker color palette than normal.

It doesn’t stop there, however. Nicole will often be pictured wearing a perfect combination of pattern, color, and texture, such as the beautiful loose-fitting boho maxi dress featured in this picture. She has been quoted as saying she chooses not to follow trends when it comes to fashion, simply stating, “You have to dress for you.”. She is a true bohemian at heart.

Naomie Harris: Eye of the Tiger

English actress Naomie Harris started her acting career as a child in the late 1980s, but it wasn’t until her 20s that she began to land roles in big-name movies such as ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ and ’28 Days Later.’ Since then, however, she has gone on to achieve great success in her professional life, as well as becoming somewhat of a bohemian style icon in the fashion world.

Naomi is always sure to turn heads while attending glitzy events and at awards shows, and the occasion pictured here was no exception. Her flowy, loose, tiger-patterned dress showcased her legs to the maximum, while an oversized fringe jacket and tassel bag set the outfit off perfectly. Her long, twisted, wavy hair left to fall around her shoulders adds even more to the bohemian aesthetic.

Draya Michele: A Minimalist Boho Look

With her career spanning modeling, acting, presenting, and designing fashion across the US, Draya Michele has got stokes in multiple fires, and they’re all burning brightly. She has, however, also become renowned in the fashion world for her seemingly effortless boho look, as pictured here, wearing a long, loose maxi dress, every bohemian’s go-to for the warmer summer months.

Draya’s incorporation of words on clothing here pays homage to the trends of the 1960s and 1970s, setting the outfit off perfectly. She’s remained understated when it comes to jewelry, but the silver metal purse with a chain complements the two-piece dress and adds that extra bit of ‘boho’ to the whole ensemble. Without going over the top, she’s managed to nail the look using only a few items.

Beyoncé: A Bohemian Fashionista

American singer and actress Beyoncé is, undoubtedly, one of the most famous performers in the world. While her onstage persona, named by herself as ‘Sasha Fierce,’ sports an array of fabulous, and sometimes eccentric, outfits when performing, Beyoncé’s bohemian style tends to come out when the bright lights are off of her, and the cameras are turned away.

This photo was taken on the way to her appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman. The dress screams ‘boho’ in every way with pastel pink and a lot of beautiful gold and brown embroidery. Her large, faux fur coat just sets it off perfectly. She topped it off with beautiful pink hoop earrings and skinny open toe heels.

Kendall Jenner: Bringing Boho to Coachella

You really can’t get much more bohemian than this outfit, and it’s perfect for Coachella, the world-famous music festival held annually in the Californian desert. It’s become widely known for its second purpose, aside from showcasing music acts: the fashion. These days, who’s wearing what is deeply scrutinized, and the raft of celebrities that attend each year, don’t shy away from the challenge of looking as boho as possible.

It’s complemented perfectly by the abundance of fabulous accessories, such as statement tribal-inspired necklaces, gladiator shoes with tassels and studs, and round sunglasses. Even Kendall’s hair is on-trend, in casual-but-cute twists at the top of her head.

Bella and Gigi Hadid: Boho Sisters

There’s no doubt that, over the past few decades, the Hadids have become one of the most famous modeling families in the fashion industry. Proving the point, they’ve even been dubbed “the first family” of fashion. The three children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar, are all successful campaigns and runway models with a combined estimated net worth of $57 million.

Both outfits are typically bohemian, featuring a mixture of prints, crochet, tassels, fringing, velvet, and feathers. Did you know that, during this fashion show, one of Gigi’s shoes slipped off while she was walking onto the runway, leaving her having to improvise and strut her stuff on tiptoe?!

Alexa Chung: Embracing Vintage Glamor

Alexa Chung is a British presenter, writer, model, and fashion designer, and she’s also managed to achieve status as a bohemian style icon. Here, she’s pictured wearing a classic leopard print faux fur coat. Teamed with black tights and gold shoes, it looks fantastic, and the sparkly earrings complete the look with a bit of extra glamor.

Even when she’s dressing down, Alexa still pulls off the bohemian look with minimal effort. It’s not unusual to see her dressed in distressed denim jeans with a loose, printed tee, an oversized jacket, and tie-up leather boots. As a result, she’s often featured in numerous fashion magazines and revered around the world for her sense of style.

Cher: Hippie Chick Boho

It’s safe to say that iconic American singer and actress Cher has reinvented her style many times throughout her long career, but it’s undeniable that, at certain stages, she really encapsulated the idea of bohemian fashion. One of her most unforgettable eras was, arguably, her ‘hippie chick’ era, which has earned her a place in this list of the best celebrity boho looks.

Cher took all the trends of the ‘free love’ generation, such as bandanas, kaftans, bell bottoms, trumpet sleeves, beads, oversized sunglasses, and platform shoes, and combined them into an outfit such as the one pictured here. She was also no stranger to ethnic prints, often taking inspiration from India, the Middle East, aboriginal Australia, and Romany gypsies.

Margot Robbie: Boho Down Under

Australian actress and film producer Margot Robbie first graced television screens when she appeared in Australian soap ‘Neighbours’; since then, she’s broken America and regularly features in top Hollywood movies, such as ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,’ in which she starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. She’s also developed a distinctive sense of style that exudes boho-chic, and thereby finds herself featured in fashion magazines regularly.

A perfect example of her boho style can be seen in this picture, which was taken at one of her friend’s weddings in Hawaii. The long, loose floral-patterned dress is complemented by the lace-trimmed edge, and the tan-colored chunky sandals are the perfect accompanying footwear. The outfit is finished fantastically with Margot’s hair, which sticks firmly to the boho vibe, a braid at the front entwined with flowers, with the rest in natural waves.

Selena Gomez: A Rising Boho Icon

American singer-songwriter and actress Selena Gomez started her career at just 10 years old on the children’s program ‘Barney and Friends’ before moving onto the hit Disney show ‘Witches of Waverly Place.’ Since then, she’s had lead roles in multiple movies, hit songs and albums, and an incredibly famous boyfriend by the name of Justin Bieber.

In recent years, Selena’s taste in fashion has developed, and as a result, she’s transformed into somewhat of a boho style icon. Perhaps thanks to hiring famed celebrity stylist Kate Young, who has been named the most influential stylist in Hollywood. Here, Selena’s pictured in wide-leg patterned trousers and a loose-fitting crochet top, paired with a leather bag, suede sandals, and large sunglasses. Can you get any more bohemian?!

Kate Bosworth: Boho All-Year Round

Kate Bosworth got her big break when she starred in box office hit ‘Blue Crush’ in 2002. Since then, the American actress and model has remained an A-list celebrity and is regarded as an all-round style icon by many due to her killer taste in clothes and accessories. The outfit she’s wearing in this picture is a great example of her ability to perfect the ultimate bohemian look.

The combination of the loose-fitting floral print dress with the dark sunglasses, leather bag, and edgy Burberry boots looks fantastic and encapsulates the bohemian style that she’s following. It’s an outfit that’s great for warmer weather but, thanks to the boots and long sleeves on the dress, cooler climates too. The studs on the boots give it the extra flair that Kate’s style is notorious for.

Stevie Nicks: Capturing the Bohemian Spirit

A list of the best celebrity boho looks of all time would be undeniably incomplete if it did not feature Stevie Nicks, an American singer best known for her role as the lead singer of the world-famous band Fleetwood Mac. She is renowned not only for her captivating performances on stage but also for her eclectic dress sense that is distinctly bohemian.

Since the 1970s, Stevie has been known for wearing outfits such as this one, nearly all of which feature black, cape-like shawls, top hats, long, black gloves, long, flowing skirts, and flared-sleeved dresses. Her look is so distinctive that it has been recreated by many, but there’s no doubt that Stevie captured the spirit of bohemian style long before it became the current trend that we see today.

Zendaya: Shaking Up the Boho Scene

Zendaya began her career as a child model and backup dancer before landing a role in Disney’s hit show ‘Shake It Up,’ which ran until 2013. Since then, she’s starred in several blockbuster movies, including ‘The Greatest Showman’ and two of the ‘Spider-Man’ movies. She’s a huge lover of bohemian style, with eccentric prints, distressed denim, and loose-fitting, flowy clothes being wardrobe staples.

In this picture, Zendaya’s totally embracing the boho vibe by going all out in a printed dress that’s somehow formal and dressy yet casual at the same time. Her hair and makeup are also on point, staying firmly on trend by keeping the makeup to a minimum and hair in natural, freefalling curls. Lastly, the grey heeled shoes are the icing on the cake.

Lily Aldridge: Putting Boho into Simple Silhouettes

Perhaps best known for her time as a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2010 to 2018, model Lily Aldridge is no stranger to featuring in fashion magazines. Whether it’s gracing their covers or being featured in stories after having being photographed by paparazzi, usually because she’s wearing a fantastic boho chic outfit. It seems like she’s perfected the trick of mixing and matching bohemian styles with both classic and modern cuts.

You can tell that from this picture that Lily’s dress is the optimum example of how to incorporate typically bohemian details, such as the lace paneling and embroidery featured here, into a dress with a modern silhouette. Lily’s great at doing this day in, day out, which is why, over the last decade, she’s been hailed as a boho style icon.

Nicole Scherzinger: A Boho Doll

The all-round beauty of Hawaiian origin also has an eye for clothing and is very rarely caught looking anything less than fabulous.

The day this picture was taken was no exception. She is wearing a long maxi skirt featuring bold colors and both tie-dye and ethnic prints paired with an off-the-shoulder cream crop top. Nicole is oozing boho vibes with what appears to be minimal effort. Long, flowing, naturally wavy hair and layered jewelry complement the clothes perfectly, and although they’re not visible, we bet there’s a great pair of leather gladiator sandals under the skirt.

Olivia Palermo: Boho in the City

Although her career started in 2008 when the MTV show ‘The City’ started, Olivia Palermo is now considered to be an American fashion influencer and entrepreneur. Having worked for well-known Belgian fashion designer Diane von Fürstenberg and, later, in the accessories department of the international fashion magazine Elle, it’s safe to say that Olivia knows style when she sees it.

This includes boho style, of which she certainly seems to be a fan. Pictured here attending the Sonia Rykiel show as part of the Paris Fashion Week in 2017, she exudes boho chic. She’s sticking to some of the main foundations of this style, which is long flared pants and a fabulous pattered jacket complete with tassels. Large, dark glasses are the only accessory needed to complete this show-stopping outfit.

Elle Ferguson

Originally a digital entrepreneur, Australian beauty Elle Ferguson rose to fame by leveraging the lifestyle and fashion website ‘They All Hate Us’ to cultivate her own Instagram following. Currently, she has approximately 675,000 followers and collaborates with several fashion brands in Australia as well as internationally. In 2018, she rose from influencer to beauty product founder by creating Elle Effect, a line of vegan tanning products.

However, Elle Effect is not all she’s known for. She’s also known for her acclaimed sense of style, which is largely bohemian in multiple ways. The outfit in this picture is a perfect example. The flowy, printed dress with long, puffed sleeves is ideal for the beach and implemented by the typically bohemian layered jewelry. Especially the shell necklace and anklet, which coincide with the theme seamlessly.

Taylor Hill

One little-known but interesting fact is that before becoming a model at the young age of 14, American-born Taylor Hill was actually a gymnast. However, having now modeled for various domestic and international clothing brands and walking the runway as a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Taylor is considered to be extremely successful in her field.

Another thing that Taylor’s successful at is nailing the bohemian look, as pictured here while she walked the runway for Ann Sui during New York Fashion Week. These mixed prints and colors are eccentric yet feminine, and the puffed sleeves add the extra flair that it’s missing on the bottom half due to its short length. The belt clinching the waist complements the shape of the sleeves, and the layered tribal jewelry completes the whole look.

Jennifer Lopez

Also known as ‘J.Lo,’ Latina-American star Jennifer Lopez is a jack of all trades. Arguably, unlike the popular saying, she’s a master of all of them. Since she began her career as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, she has become an actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer, and businesswoman, as well as a fashion style icon.

Although Jennifer usually embraces her Latina roots when picking outfits, she’s also known for going all-out bohemian when the time is right. Take this picture, for example, while filming a music video, she’s every inch the boho beauty in this plunging printed maxi dress with a daringly high split. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without layered tribal jewelry, and J.Lo doesn’t disappoint.

Jennifer Aniston

‘Friends’ was probably the most popular and successful American sitcom of its time, and it was responsible for Jennifer Aniston’s big acting break. She graced our screens as the character ‘Rachel’ for 10 seasons and has become so associated with her alter ego that a lot of people initially failed to realize that she was a style icon in her own right.

Forget that haircut, Jennifer knows how to dress, and, at 50 years old, she could certainly teach the younger generations a thing or two about fashion sense. In this picture, she’s beaming in a beautiful bohemian maxi dress featuring an array of colors and prints. Her subtly highlighted hair is left to fall naturally, keeping the casual-yet-elegant boho vibe.

Taylor Swift

At 30 years old now, American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift has already spent half of her entire life in the music industry after she signed her first record deal at only 15. Having currently sold more than an incredible 50 million albums worldwide, she’s one of the best-selling music artists of all time and the highest-earning female musician of the 2010s.

Although usually associated with her preppy girl-next-door, butter-wouldn’t-melt image, Taylor can also pull off the effortlessly boho-chic look incredibly well. Pictured here wearing a loose-fitting, flowy dress featuring multiple patterns and cute leather boots, Taylor’s rocking the boho style for a change. Although she’s kept the jewelry and accessories understated, we think she looks great, and we hope that she keeps it up!

Blake Lively

An American actress that originally hit the screens as a lead role in the hit show ‘Gossip Girl,’ Blake Lively is now considered by many to be one of ‘America’s sweethearts.’ With her down-to-earth mentality, beautiful family, natural good looks, and evident sense of humor, there aren’t many people around who don’t admire her in some way. But it doesn’t end there.

No, Blake is one more thing, a style icon. Mixing Upper East Side New York City princess with eclectic bohemian style, she never fails to impress with her choice of outfits. The one pictured here is a perfect example; a long, flowy maxi dress, covered by a long layered tie-waist blue jacket, is set off perfectly by long, funky printed boho boots and a chain bag.

Lisa Bonet: A Trend of a Lifetime

Lisa Bonet, who officially changed her name to Lilakoi Moon in 1995, is an American actress that is renowned for her notoriously bohemian dress sense. She eloped in Las Vegas with rock star Lenny Kravitz in 1987 and has since married actor Jason Momoa, both of whom are also known for their boho style, so she clearly has a thing for that type of fashion.

It doesn’t really get much more bohemian than the ensemble that Lisa’s wearing in this picture. In true boho style, she’s incorporated as much as possible into one outfit: baggy, printed trousers, a long, loose, embroidered top with a cardigan for layering, a printed leather bag, dark glasses, and boots. To complete the look, her hair is in a perfectly bohemian style.

Lenny Kravitz: Are You Gonna Boho My Way?

How could we possibly make a list of the best celebrity bohemian looks and not include Lenny Kravitz, especially as we’ve just written about his beautiful ex-wife?! Enter American rock star, Lenny Kravitz. His too-cool-for-school fashion sense has made him something of a style icon, as well as a hit with the ladies! Here, he’s pictured wearing one of his typical boho outfits: loose-fitting distressed denim, dark glasses, natural, unkempt hair, and a plethora of accessories. The fact that he is barefoot adds to the aesthetics.

Johnny Depp: Boho of the Caribbean

This American actor is, quite possibly, just as well-known for his bohemian sense of style as he is for his long list of blockbuster movies, which include ‘Blow’ and the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ series. Rarely seen without some loose-fitting, distressed clothing, dark sunglasses, and as many accessories as he can possibly squeeze on, he’s become a style icon among men as much as a sex symbol among women.

This picture of Johnny showcases his signature look. Opting for dark colors, he’s followed his usual distressed denim and loose-fitting shirt rule, setting the outfit off with an oversized hat, dark sunglasses, a lot of very thin, shabby-looking scarves around his neck, and a lot of accessories and jewelry, including multiple metal chain belts, bracelets, and necklaces. It is truly bohemian through and through! To top it off, he threw a leather jacket on which matches his shoes.

Jason Momoa: Aquaman or Boho Man?

Hollywood actor Jason Momoa, best known for his roles in the hit HBO series ‘Game of Thrones’ and blockbuster movie ‘Aquaman,’ is no stranger to the bohemian style and way of life. In fact, he’s renowned for it and is rarely seen without a boho outfit, multiple accessories, and his long, curly locks left to fall wildly around his face.

At 6 foot 4 inches, he’s incredibly hard to miss and is certainly a bohemian force to be reckoned with! You can tell that’s true by looking at this picture, wearing baggy, rolled-up trousers with long leather boots, a t-shirt, a long, oversized jacket, and even a top hat. He’s staying true to his beloved boho style and making a non-conformist impression wherever he goes.
